The Caterer Supplier Awards are open to UK-based suppliers serving the hospitality industry. This includes companies providing products, services, or innovations that support hospitality businesses.
Yes. PR companies are welcome to submit entries for their clients, provided all details are accurate and authorised. To give your clients the strongest possible chance of being recognised for this prestigious award, we encourage you to provide exhaustive detail, ensuring your entries are exceptionally comprehensive and fully address every specified criterion. Your thorough submission is crucial for ensuring your client's outstanding work is considered with the attention it deserves.
The entry fee is £175 + VAT per category.
Yes. You may enter multiple categories if your products or services are relevant to each. A separate entry form and fee will apply for each category.
All nominations must be submitted by 5pm on Wednesday 3 December 2025.
The shortlist will be revealed in January 2026. Make sure you follow our social media channels to be the first to know if you have made it onto our shortlist!
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 16 April 2026 at One Moorgate Place. To book your table, click here.
We encourage entrants to include detailed descriptions, measurable results, and supporting data wherever possible. Strong entries often highlight innovation, customer impact, and demonstrable success.
Yes. Supporting documents, images, or videos can strengthen your entry, as long as they are relevant and clearly labelled.
Entries are evaluated by an expert panel of judges from hospitality operators.
Unfortunately, late entries cannot be accepted, so we recommend submitting well before the deadline.
